- DAMAGE CAUSED BY DOWNLOADED OR UPLOADED FILES

Under no circumstances shall Krembo, its operators, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the use of the service.
If, despite the above disclaimers, Krembo is found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last month of use, or $100, whichever is less.
